  • WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS THAT WAS PROVIDED WHEN THE ORDER WAS SUBMITTED. 

  • IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE,  YOU MUST SEND A REQUEST. IF REQUESTS ARE NOT SENT WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM TRACKING INFORMATION EMAIL, WE CANNOT REPLACE ANY MERCHANDISE.

  • IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEM DELIVERY TO WRONG ADDRESS OR LOST- PLEASE PUT IN A CLAIM WITH UPS BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT@AVNUOFFICIAL.COM WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER.

  • IF WE ARE AT FAULT, WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE FEE.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SENT OUT VIA USPS AND/OR DHL. SHIPPING TIMES DEPEND ON FINAL DESTINATION COUNTRY.

  • ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS STARTING ON THE RELEASE DATE, OR THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE RELEASE DATE IF DATE ADVERTISED IS A HOLIDAY, WEEKEND, ETC.

  • PRE-ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE SENT USING NORMAL SHIPPING RATES.

    PRE-ORDER SIZE & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Because AVNU pieces are produced and allocated based on preorder demand, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

    We strongly encourage customers to review the AVNU Size Guide and product measurements before completing their purchase. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us before placing your order.

    SIZE EXCHANGES

    If you receive your order and need a different size, AVNU will accept an exchange only if the requested size is currently in stock.

    • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

    • The requested replacement size must be available at the time the exchange is processed.

    • AVNU does not guarantee that another size will be available.

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to AVNU.

    • Customers are also responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item, where applicable.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    PRE-ORDER DISCLAIMER

    Pre-order items are made or allocated specifically based on customer orders. Ordering the incorrect size does not qualify for a cancellation or refund.

    If your preferred size is unavailable, AVNU is unable to guarantee a replacement or alternate size. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before purchasing.

    FINAL SALE

    Pre-order purchases are final sale, except for eligible size exchanges outlined above.

    AVNU is not responsible for sizing errors resulting from a customer selecting the incorrect size at checkout.
