5. PRE-ORDERS

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates

All pre-orders are governed by the AVNU Pre-Order Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. SHIPPING
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, AVNU is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages
Delivery interruptions
Shipping terms are governed by the AVNU Shipping Agreement, incorporated into these Terms.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
AVNU does not offer refunds.
Exchanges are permitted for size only, subject to:

Eligibility requirements
Inspection approval
Returns and exchanges are governed by the AVNU Return & Exchange Agreement, incorporated herein.
8. FINAL SALE ITEMS
All pre-order items, promotional purchases, and items that have entered processing or production are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Order cancellations are not permitted once processing or production begins.
9. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting AVNU constitutes a violation of these Terms.
AVNU reserves the right to:
Contest chargebacks using order records and policy acknowledgments
Restrict or ban accounts associated with abuse or repeated disputes
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the AVNU website, including designs, images, logos, text, and branding—is the exclusive property of AVNU.

11. USER CONDUCT
