AVNU PRE-ORDER AGREEMENT POLICY- By purchasing a pre-order item from AVNU, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Made-to-Order Production
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities following the close of the ordering window. These pieces are not in stock at the time of purchase.
2. Estimated Shipping Window
Pre-order items ship within the estimated production window stated on the product page. This window accounts for production, quality control, and international transit. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Separate Shipping
Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items unless the customer explicitly chooses combined shipping at checkout. AVNU is not responsible for delays caused by combined shipment selections.
4. Order Finality
All pre-order purchases are final sale once production has begun. Because items are made specifically for this release, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are not permitted after the production window starts.
5. Updates & Communication
AVNU provides periodic email updates throughout the production and shipping process. Lack of updates outside scheduled milestones does not constitute a service failure.
6. Acknowledgement of Timeline
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand:
This is a pre-order item
The shipping window is extended
Delivery timing differs from in-stock purchases

AVNU SHIPPING AGREEMENT- For In-Stock Items

AVNU operates with intention, transparency, and respect for craftsmanship. This Shipping Agreement outlines how in-stock orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order for an in-stock item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. In-Stock Order Processing
In-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Processing includes:
Order verification
Quality control review
Packaging and fulfillment
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Estimated Shipping Timelines
Once an order has been processed, shipping timelines depend on the carrier selected at checkout.
Estimated transit times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
All shipping timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

4. Shipping Delays & Operational Grace
While AVNU aims to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
Carrier processing delays
Weather or environmental conditions
Seasonal or high-volume shipping periods
Carrier network disruptions
These circumstances do not constitute a failure of service.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, AVNU is not responsible for transit delays.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
AVNU is not liable for:
Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Packages delivered to addresses provided by the customer
Reshipment may require additional fees.

6. Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located:
Please allow 48 hours for final delivery confirmation
Contact the carrier directly using the tracking details provided
AVNU does not replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Customer Communication Standards
AVNU provides shipping confirmations and tracking details as part of the standard customer experience.
Please note:
Requests submitted before the processing window has passed may not receive additional updates
Response times may vary during high-volume periods
We appreciate your patience while our team assists with carrier-related inquiries.

8. Alignment With Pre-Orders
In-stock items ship independently from pre-order items unless combined shipping is explicitly selected at checkout.
AVNU is not responsible for delays caused by customer-selected combined shipping.
