Refund policy
AVNU RETURN & EXCHANGE AGREEMENT
At AVNU, every piece is designed with intention and produced in limited quantities. To protect the integrity of our collections and ensure fairness across our production cycles, the following policy applies to all purchases.
By placing an order with AVNU, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Refund Policy
AVNU does not offer refunds.
All sales are final once an order has been processed or entered production.
This policy applies to:
- In-stock items
- Pre-order items
- Promotional purchases
Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Change of mind
- Delayed delivery
- Incorrect size selection
2. Exchange Eligibility (Size Only)
AVNU offers size exchanges only, subject to availability.
Exchanges are permitted solely for the same product in a different size. Exchanges for a different style, color, or product are not allowed.
3. Exchange Request Window
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
4. Pre-Order Exchanges
Pre-order items are final sale once production has begun.
Size exchanges for pre-order items may be considered only if:
- The requested size is available from the same production run
- The request is submitted within the stated exchange window
Availability is not guaranteed.
5. Exchange Process
If your exchange is approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- AVNU covers shipping for the replacement size (domestic orders only)
Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected.
6. Shipping Delays & Exchanges
Shipping delays, whether caused by carriers or external factors, do not qualify an order for a refund or exchange outside of the stated policy.
As outlined in our Shipping Agreement, delivery timelines are estimates.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive:
- A defective item
- An incorrect size or product due to fulfillment error
Please contact AVNU within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
AVNU will assess and determine the appropriate resolution.
8. Abuse & Policy Enforcement
AVNU reserves the right to refuse exchanges or future service if:
- The policy is repeatedly violated
- Exchange requests show signs of misuse or abuse
- Chargebacks are initiated in violation of stated terms
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree:
- AVNU does not issue refunds
- Exchanges are limited to size only
- All timelines and availability are subject to production and inventory constraints
AVNU operates on craftsmanship, clarity, and mutual respect—not mass returns.
By placing an order, you have acknowledged that all sales are final and that exchanges are permitted for size only, subject to availability.
