Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc., which provides our online e-commerce platform.

Return & Refund Policy

 

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2025

  • All sales are final.

  • No changes can be made once an order has been placed.

  • Exchanges can be made if requested by email within 72 hours of item(s) receipt, subject to inventory availability.

  • The customer must pay for return postage fees.

  • All exchanges must be submitted through email at info@avnuofficial.com. We do not accept order questions via Instagram.

  • If we are at fault, we will pay for the return postage.

  • If you received a defective/damaged item(s), please email us within 48 hours. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • Any signs of wear or damage will lead to the return request being denied.

Shipping Policy

 

PLEASE READ

  • Due to increased volume in orders and mail carriers losing packages, we highly recommend purchasing insurance for items more than $100.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages and will not send out replacement items if no insurance was purchased.

  • You can purchase insurance at checkout.

  • Orders will be shipped every Saturday of the week.

  • All tees are made to order.

  • Expedited shipping is not available at the moment.

  • There will be no refunds.

  • We can only ship to the address provided when the order was submitted.

  • If you have not received your package, you must send a request. If requests are not sent within 48 hours from the tracking information email, we cannot replace any merchandise.

  • If you suspect your item was delivered to the wrong address or lost, please file a claim with UPS before emailing us. We cannot assist without a claim number.

  • If we are at fault, we will pay for the return postage fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International orders are sent via USPS and/or DHL. Shipping times depend on the final destination country.

  • We try to keep duties low, but international buyers may incur additional duties and taxes at customs. We are not responsible for additional custom fees.

  • All pre-orders are final sale.

 

PRE-ORDERS

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATE.

Please read the product description thoroughly before placing the order.

Pre-ordered items are not applicable for rush or express shipping. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Orders will start processing on the date advertised on the site. AVNU reserves the right to change release dates with proper notification to the customer.

Any orders can take up to 21 business days to process starting on the release date, or the first business day after the release date.

Orders with multiple items, including a pre-order variant, will not be partially fulfilled and will ship at the time the pre-order is ready to be fulfilled.1

Pre-ordered items will be sent using normal shipping rates.2

 

Payments and Billing

 

Effective September 1st, 2025

We reserve the right to verify any orders with a value of $200 and over.

Items can only be shipped to the billing address. If an item needs to be shipped to a different address, an email must be sent to info@avnuofficial.com stating the authorization to ship to a different address, along with a valid telephone number and photo ID.

If you cannot verify this information, your order will be canceled.
